Don’t Forget the Coffee: Good Will Hunting
Matt Damon truly is a phenomenal actor. After seeing Rounders, I was pretty confident any Matt Damon movie would be great. In Good Will Hunting, Damon plays a genius that works as a janitor. He hangs out with his idiot friends and they always go out drinking. Damon never puts his intellect to good use. However, after being arrested for fighting, the professor from the university volunteers to take Damon under his wing, instead of having him go to jail.
I do not wish to ruin any parts of this movie, which is why I’m going to just tell you to go buy it. Don’t even bother renting it. Buy it, because a movie like this is a classic. It even won 2 Oscars. Ben Affleck plays one of Damon’s best friend in the movie, and since those two are friends in real life, it is very easy for them to portray the friendship in the film. If you’ve never seen Good Will Hunting, put it at the top of your ‘Movies to See’ list, because you’ll be very glad you saw it.
